Position: Accounts Officer 

Number of Posts: 1 

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting/ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. However, candidates having a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with Specialization in Accountancy/Finance will be preferred. He/she should also have good knowledge of ERP. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the relevant field 

Job Description: The candidate should be able to handle the following- 

# Tracking organization's Expenses. 

# Auditing and analyzing financial performance of the organization. 

# Monitoring spending of the Organization. 

# Preparing tax returns. 

# Preparing budget for implementation of projects and monitoring the same. 

# Ensuring timely release of funds to implement project. 

# Processing Refunds. 

# Creating and processing invoices. 

# Managing organization's accounts payable and receivable. 

# Timely settlement of accounts and submission of financial progressreports are required 

# Ensuring that all financial regulations are strictly adhered to.
