Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 5 Project Associate, Multitasker & Project Head Vacancy under Pradhan Mantri Van Dhan Yojana (PMVDY) and and "Business Facilitation Cell".
1. Name of the Post: Project Associate (Training)
No of posts: 2
Age Limit: 25-32 years
Pay: Rs. 20,580/- per month
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree preferably in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics / Development Studies, Social Sciences etc.
Experience: At least 3 years proven track record of implementation in Social / Community development project especially in livelihood development project. Having extensive experience in field legal activities and have excellent communication skills with communities.
2. Name of the Post: Project Associate (Marketing)
No of posts: 1
Age Limit: 25-30 years
Pay: Rs. 20,580/- per month
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree. MBA in Marketing will be preferred .
Experience: At least 2 years proven track record of sales and marketing. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in FMCG sector.
3. Name of the Post: Multitasker Grade-I
No of posts: 1
Age Limit: 20-28 years
Pay: Rs. 10,089/- per month
Educational Qualification: HS in any stream .
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as Multitasker in office works. Experience in FMCG companies or having a robust understanding of the sector will be preferred.
4. Name of the Post: Project Head Grade-I
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs. 45,080/- per month
Educational Qualification:
# Post Graduate degree in management or other related fields.
# Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experiences in entrepreneurship promotion and related work.
# Work experience in an industry / business association or service provider providing innovation labs, business development programmes etc. is preferable.
# Good knowledge on policies and approaches adopted by government, various stakeholders and the private sector to promote entrepreneurship in India, specifically in North East.
# Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
# Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
# Fluent in English, Hindi and Assamese is a must, fluency in further regional languages would be an advantage.
