1. Project Manager (Social Development, Knowledge Management & Communication)

Pay: Rs. 49,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree
Experience: 5+ years post Educational Qualification experience in social/ community development sector out of which 1 year should be in Knowledge Management & Communication.
2. Project Manager (Non Farm Livelihoods)

Educational Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
Experience: 3+ years post Educational Qualification experience in MIS related works in Govt./Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in Social/ Community Development projects, working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.
5. Project Executive (Monitoring & Evaluation)

Educational Qualification: MCA/ MSc-lT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
Experience: 3+ years post Educational Qualification experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) related works in Govt. / Private sector. Experience: Minimum 5 years Post Educational Qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in reputed industry at middle management level, responsible for development of training materials, manuals for Staff, community resource persons and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.
